It’s time . . . we’re talking about CBD. Joining me today is fashion industry alum Beryl Solomon who is making CBD accessible with her smart and yes, very stylish commerce site, Poplar. If you think CBD is just for hippies or people who want to get high—think again. Hemp-derived CBD is federally legal and it’s being used by everyone from your mom to that surprisingly chill woman sitting next to you on the subway. I’ve been known to serve it at parties and I like it. What is CBD for? Everything from anxiety relief to pain management to a better night’s sleep. Some people are even using it in place of anti-depressants. We’ll leave that up to you and your doctor to decide.
