Aran Goyoaga is known around the world for her award-winning
blog, Canelle et Vanille. Her ethereal food photography and
styling have been featured in the New York Times, Food & Wine,
Vogue and so many more. What you may not know is that Aran has
struggled with anxiety, an eating disorder, and a gluten
intolerance. Not exactly ideal for a pastry chef. In her new video
series, A Cook’s Remedy, she shares—beautifully and vulnerably—how
food has become the best therapy for healing old wounds and
surrendering to the present moment.
